Wilderness to Transport museum in George taking the powervan up Outeniqua mountain, or go Strawberry picking and get lost in the maize at Redberry Farm, visit Victoria Bay and enjoy an ice Cream on the beach, then Map of Africa and the awesome Big Tree with a sunset river Cruise deep into the forest and back to Wilderness.
Knysna is Nice né.
Begin in Wilderness to Sedgefield, the slow town of mosaic art and beautiful Gerrickes point, then coffee at quaint Knysna Waterfront onto Elephant experience & either wine tasting at award winning Luka farm or Gin tasting at Knysna Gin distillery. Visit the gorgeous East Head Viewing point, and return to Knysna for a sunset cruise on Knysna Lagoon or early Sunset dinner and cocktails at Magnificent Butterfly Blu. Swop out for Lunch at East Head cafe.
A bit of Bitou
Heading out from Wilderness to Bitou where we go Hiking on Robberg Peninsula, visit the beautiful beaches of Plettenberg Bay, stop over at Old Nick Village and Mungo Mill, then off to The Crags for a visit to Monkeyland and the fantastic Birds of Eden, perhaps an early dinner on the rocks at Enricos and a visit to the arch at Keurboom beach, Maybe swop out the birds and monkeys for Merlot and Chardonnay at Newstead and Bitou Wine farms. Return happy to Wilderness.
